Aside from our two main centers, RZC-associated practice groups continue to form wherever Zen students meet to meditate together. They are excellent places to receive instruction in basic zazen (seated meditation) and to meet supportive friends along the path. Practice groups are visited by RZC teachers and senior students and serve as gateways for those interested in undertaking formal practice with a Zen master (Roshi).
